About

A photo of Claire Doherty. She has light brown hair, is wearing large, clear glasses, pink lipstick and hoop earrings, smiling slightly in front of a white wall and a blackboard.

A content person - I’ve been a designer, editor, manager, and strategist over the 20 years of my career. Despite the different titles what I ‘ve been doing all that time is using words and design to help users navigate the touchpoints of the digital world.

Combining user research, data, and systems thinking to create accessible and inclusive user journeys.
